By now I am sure that you know what penny stocks are, they are simply stocks that are trading under $5. If you have traded stocks in the past then you already know how hard it can be but trust me, it is really not that hard. Something you need to understand is that trading stocks is more about reading the charts than it is about the actual trading that goes on during the day. The reason I say this is because if you can read what some of the stock trading charts are saying and if you can evaluate a company then you will be able to make money time and time again in the stock market.

Everybody knows that when it comes to buying stocks it is much easier to buy stocks that have a lower value since you will be able to buy more of them. What most people like about cheaper stocks is the price does not need to go up that much in order for them to make money and that means that they can leverage the money much further. The people that make money in today’s market are the ones that trade the constantly moving stocks as opposed to the ones that are always stagnant.

Stock trading is one of the possible careers that you can venture into when looking for a high return of investment on a regular basis. However, you need to consider a tried and tested trading system if you want to succeed in stock market.
Trading systems consists of certain rules and parameters that determine entry and exit points for a given equity. Among these parameters include oscillators, moving averages, relative strength, Bollinger bands, and stochastic. In some instances, a combination of more than two parameters determines the rules. In other cases, a single indicator is enough to establish a rule.
There are some systems that have rules disallowing buying of stocks unless the relative strength has reached a certain point. In general, however, a combination of these rules is what makes up a system.
