The wellness of the economy has gotten better within the last several months. Technically speaking the economic recession may be over; we may be developing gdp again. However, regrettably, the market meltdown goes on. A lot of banks are very concerned about further weakening commercial real estate values and rising commercial mortgage delinquencies. They fear that more large proportion write downs of their CRE investment portfolios may be necessary risking their legal solvency. Banks on the side are very careful about funding.

It’s not that difficult to recognize newly married couples.
